How it works:

  1. Tell us what you're looking for:
    Fill in the form below to tell us about your running experience and fitness or race related goals
  2. Get to know you:
    We will schedule a time to chat through your responses and learn a little more about your schedule and other relevant information we need. You will also have a chance to ask any questions you have, including which coach may be the best for you to work with if you haven't decided already. 
  3. Start your coaching and get running:
    Once we have the information we need you will be invited to set up a final surge training account. This is where you own personalized program will be stored and released to you in weekly to monthly increments. The workouts can be accessed via the app or website and sync the data from your wearable or tracking app (Strava or MyFitnessPal). You will be able to tell your coach how you feel each work out went - we encourage you to do this.
